I loved this photo from the Crew Cuts catologue. After reading the Italy section of Eat, Pray, Love - the only thing I could think of was "I heart Roma."
Last Saturday night, I checked in at a friend's birthday party and schmoozed for a while. On my way home I got a crazy craving for caprese salad. Most of the markets were closed, so I drove around for a bit so I could pick up some fresh tomatoes, basil and mozz. OH, and some sourdough for garlic bread.
When I got home, I had the place to myself and I ate enough cheese for a family of 4 (like 4 adults, not two parents and two babies). The next day, I melted the rest of the mozzerella over basalmic chicken...Yummy!

OH that sounds sooo good. Since I'm a vegetarian, that's one of my favorites...yum. You are so cute Chairty. I love your blog.
